This is clearly out-dated with the terminology it uses and embodies the 2000s thin obsession in a toxic way, so it is cringe at times and has a fair bit of pseudoscience. But if you look past these things, the main message is convincing and eye-opening. truthfully, it has changed my attitude to food and my way of living. It is also entertaining to listen to and straight to the point; so good for people with poor attention spans (like me).
