Amazing book so real and from the heart! Listened to it all in one go, could feel the emotion in his words, felt myself getting emotional when he was talking about his losses and was excited to hear what happened with him and his ex and where he is now in his journey. Definitely recommend, well done Cha 🙌🏻

absolutely loved this book. I grew up in the streets of pennyburn. it was built in late 70s for the Glasgow overspill. a wee scheme built in kilwinning. can relate to this story and it gave me hope when I was in a dark place. it didn't cure me but it delivers the message of hope that no matter how dark a situation is, times change, people change, most importantly, we can change and become better people and have better life's. some sad stories in there and you wonder what ever happened to some people you once looked up to can be the one person that needs your help. if you can be a better version of yourself then keep pushing and never forget who was there when you needed them. this book is brilliant if your a young kid growing up in the schemes. this book is brilliant if your a bit older and grew up in the schemes and think you got it all wrong! this book carries a powerful message. loved it!
