Past life regresión is very new to me so I found the book interesting and enjoyed the fact that the author themselves read their book to you, it’s so much better and more enjoyable than the computerised voices you sometimes get on audible.
The past life meditation/hypnosis at the end however very rushed with the author talking constantly not giving your subconscious mind time to see if you did have any deep down memories it would like to show to you, but maybe that is the way that this type of hypnosis works.

Overall I’d recommend this book.
