A solid start to what promises to be a highly entertaining LitRPG series. If you're a fan of Dungeon Crawler Carl then this novel is certainly worth your time. It's filled with great humour and two quirky MC's with alot of potential for mischief and mayhem. It's going to be a lot of fun watching how Chris and Paco's friendship evolves as their story unfolds.

Brad Grusnik's narration is crystal clear with no noticeable dips or breaks in the production. His character voices are easily distinguishable and varied. If you don't fall in love with Paco then there's something wrong with you.

Overall it's a great story with excellent narration and I cannot wait for book 2.

Solid story with good comedy, combat was well written and was easy to follow. The narration great and really added to the story for me. Worth a listen if you enjoy LitRPGs.
