It is really really hard to keep things in place, remember to do things and get organized without having some kind of system in place. The thing about ADD/ ADHD is that knowing that you have it is not enough- it is actually just the beginning of learning more about it and accepting that your amazing brain has its own ways of how to go about things. Having guidance and strategies is so important! And this book really delivers in so many of these ways. I am going to listen again, and again, because that is how my brain works- repetition and practice different strategies until I find the one(s) that work for me. Invaluable book!!
