NLP is just another tool for coaching....or at least thats what I used to think 🤔

This book, and many others like it, have taught me that the principles of NLP are more than just a tool, it is an essential facete of life.

The beauty of this book is that it provides theoretical and practical knowledge for you to practice on yourself prior to assisting others should you wish.

The only drawback for this book is its lack of an accompanying PDF, but that shouldn't prevent you from benefitting from the valuable NLP lessons within this book.

Narration was clear which is great as I can struggle sometimes. Interesting enough content, purchased to compliment my hypnotherapy practice so nothing totally revolutionary for me but certainly some nice techniques I've made note of.
