This is so different from her other genres, but I loved it! Mimi just keeps delivering. Great listen and I’m looking forward to the next one already!

I enjoyed listening to this, but it’s worth warning people that there’s some scenes that are likely to be a trigger for people. I’d describe the book as light and entertaining, mixed in with pretty disturbing gritty scenes. I think the combination works well, but I’m sure others who weren’t expecting it, and weren’t into that sort of story, wouldn’t agree. This is a series, so looking forward to the next book to find out what happens next as they story hasn’t concluded.
