Always great narration with Nicola Walker. This story weaves and turns and had me listening at any opportunity. Really enjoyed the contrast of late 80's/1990 and now, the changed lives over that period. Really, really recommend.

I was unsure about the narration at the start but as I got into the characters and what waw happening and the book moved on it became better somehow and ended up being excellent...I enjoyed this and look forward to more

Riveting story read by a superb actor who kept the suspense going whilst also keeping the reader captivated throughout. Thank you Nicola for your brilliant storytelling and a huge thank you to the author who gave you such a superb plot. I hope we may hear more from both of you and they're not too distant future.

Really enjoyed this audio book, especially with Nicola walker reading it 😊 couldn’t stop listening, really annoying when your daughter is asking you something…. Like what we having for tea!! Omg leave me alone I’m at a really good part and i had to put it on pause!! Best story i have listened to in a while, definitely recommend.
