I like this book. Easy to understand and good mindfulness techniques in everyday situations. Gives alternative views to help with mental health, but (like most learning in life), takes time, repetition and effort. If I was still a Psychotherapist (retired now), I would wholeheartedly recommend this book, and suggest them keep it in his/ her pocket. Yes, it's that good

This is a good guide for understanding and managing anxiety. You will need to get to a deeper level (self image/esteem) to address root cause issues. Worth investing money and time.
