Firstly, I don’t usually write reviews, but felt I had to this time. I have wanted to buy this book since I first read about in the US version of Runner’s World and it didn’t disappoint. As a female runner, I found myself unable to put this down and even listened whilst running, which may have worried some of the people I ran past, given I was visibly trying not to cry at stages!

I loved listening to this and cannot say thank you enough to those girls/ladies who pushed the boundaries that allowed us to run with the freedom we have today.

I would encourage anyone to listen to this amazing true story.
