I got this book not realizing how good it would be I thoroughly enjoyed every chapter. I really like magic system

If you like stories that follow someone who starts with nothing and slowly makes something of themselves, growing in magic, you will enjoy this. Not so much an action adventure as emotional discovery with some human nature that will make you really think.

Pros: addictive story, great character progression, relatable characters, story wise I would definitely recommend.

Cons: I would have liked the story to have always been from the perspective of the main character rather than jumping around. Also although the narrators voice is pleasant she cannot do different character voices, nit even male vs female, let alone unique voices and she does not "act" the emotions of the characters.
