What an amazing book! Quite literally changed my life again. He did it with his Quit smoking book 13 yrs earlier and now after this audible book I have lost a lot of weight and gained energy and all the other things he promises. Thanks Allen you were incredible R.I.P

I was recommended Allen Carr by a friend. It has changed my whole attitude to eating and choosing healthy foods. This is a life changer and it is easy to do if you read the book as recommended from cover to cover.
I wish this book was made mandatory in schools to educate everyone on food. I hope this review helps people to choose one of Allen Carrs amazing books.

Great inspiration to change the way we eat

Having already quit smoking with Allen Carr and following a vegan diet this book has made so much sense, already I don't want the processed rubbish that has made me fat and unhappy - the method works, you just have to trust it and let go of the brainwashing and marketing that tells us we want/need processed, sugar filled food and animal products our bodies can't digest. I was incredibly sceptical about giving up animal products but having done so I immediately felt a million times better but was still eating processed junk - that's gone now - onwards and upwards to a happy, healthy life

I’ve know that processed food was bad since I was a child.
But the writer makes a compelling case for why I don’t actually want them, I just think I do.
I know this to be true after healthy spells in my diet but never really thought much about it.
I always blamed the alcohol for ruining my waistline.
From now on I can see a cleaner diet being a staple in my life.
Much recommend book, full of insight and wisdom.
