It's tricky getting an included book. But this was SUPERB!! I couldn't stop listening and I'm already eyeing up Book 2!!

Brilliant from Start Finish!!

Michael Stagg presents an impossible case for the defence and then takes the reader through the process of defending a man who admits the murder. It is a great read, the narrator is an ordinary man, with wit and will but no special powers and he is haunted by having worked too hard to notice his wife’s need for support until her death, and we want him to win though we know the defendant is guilty. Masterly suspense in a realistic setting. Read and enjoy being gripped to the end!
