Becoming a leader in never easy and sometimes it comes without much training. A lot of us have been there; you start at a job, you do it quite good, one of your senior colleague leaves and they automatically assume that you can take a leader role because you are good at your job. However, a lot of us that are good at our task, lack the abilities to lead groups. The author perfectly covers this gap by going very deeply on the different aspects related to leading a team. He for sure focuses on long term and on having a good effect on the organization with your leadership skills. I liked that the book was really practical with tips I could start implementing 5 min later I listened to it on the audiobook.
