It was a musical education.Excellent research and detail throughout the book. I read an earlier edition and enjoy the new material, especially acknowledging the female DJs and an up to date perspective on the current DJs trends and its democracy.

‘Last Night the DJ Saved My Life’ goes into great detail about people, clubs, cities, movements and feelings, all surrounding one figure… the DJ. I’ve taken many notes and felt like I was on a crash course in clubbing/DJ history. Wonderfully read by Theo, he keeps you engaged and wanting to listen on and on.
