It's good to know that your body heals when napping/sleeping. And you don't need to even sleep. As long as your brain thinks you were it still works. The placebo effect is definitely a real thing.
I love the part about hugging a pillow like an emotional support pet. Hugging a pillow works the same way. No judgement, just a good place to rest, sleep, cry into and scream into.
