There’s nothing worse than not knowing where to start in your day-to-day life or not being able to finish important tasks. That’s already a pain for regular people, but add ADHD and the picture gets even worse. This audiobook is a small spark in that darkness and really helps put things in their place.

I love how this book doesn’t gloss over the fact that, for people with ADHD, the workspace often needs to be organized differently than it does for most people, and that choosing the right time is the crucial difference between failing and succeeding.

My favorite chapter is the one about building support systems, since they are fundamental and many of us don’t know how to create them properly. As a result, we end up failing to sustain healthy working habits.

A solid step toward functioning again.
