Finished this book in 2 days and will be listening again straight away, there is a mountain of life stories, quotes broken down and explained and targets everyone. Toms approach to life and oneself is unbelievable, if your reading this just buy it you will not regret it, I love books read by the author and toms relaxed and calming voice makes the information more digestible I would go as far as to say this is the best audio book I’ve listened to!

I loved how calm Tom was at reading the book. It helps the brain fully digest what he is saying. My main takeaway from this book is to do things regardless of outcome. Only we can control what we do, the outcome is never pre determined. We are only being selfish to ourselves if we don’t pursue what we know we should.

10/10 will be recommending this to many others in my life

This is a well presented book with lessons of resilience and overcoming adversity from a first hand perspective. There is good advice for sports people or day to day living. Worth a listen.

A fantastic book. It just shows it really is us who get in our own way. Not Tom's quote, but "The treasure we seek is in the cave we fear to enter". Give this book a listen, it is full of new tools and techniques to go forwards with life.
