relaxes and soothes my three girls working best with my 7 and 5 yr old. the 4 yr old finds it a bit difficult but has hearing difficulties. I find the 2 tracks, an inducement and visualisation is a lovely bedtime routine and it has been able to send my very active 5 year old to sleep and she struggles to wind down at the end of the day so that is simply fantastic.

I have a ten year old daughter with a development delay and learning difficulties. Bedtime has been incredibly difficult as the days events manifest as a stress fueled melt down when her head hits the pillow. This download has helped her completely relax and fall asleep, she likes the way the lady says 'go' apparently! Now, if only there were a motion sensor attached to her kindle that would replay it every time she wakes in the night.... (She loves the fairies and mermaids meditation too, voiced by the same lady!)
