No it’s nothing we haven’t heard before but I found this book so helpfull. Indeed not a one size fits it all solution to better health, a lot of our behavior has to change to feel better. Especially the chapter on drinking rang home I’m afraid. Hugh’s voice is also very familiar which makes this book siund as having it read to you by a friend. Loved it, cheers Hugh

I read a lot of reviews before I add a food book. I honestly don’t trust diet books and have seen friends suffer unintended consequences. Hence I prefer the author approach to wholesome eating and thinking about eating mindfully. Excellent book that is helping me make healthy eating choices
