I loved the dracula element and the mysterious atmosphere. And the dracula powers also stood out to me as i have good hearing also ( im not a dracula, don't worry)

The mythical creatures/ people

Loved the trio of Bella, Mina and Buffy. The world was atmospheric and enjoyable. I felt the pacing could’ve been better and wish the blurb had not gave away what took so much space as a “twist” in the book.

The most disappointing aspect of the audiobook was the narrator’s performance. I actually like the narrator in her other audiobook recordings, but the nasally youthful voice put on for this audiobook was insufferable. I wouldn’t describe it as being put on to be child friendly, if anything that feels like patronising child readers. I hope beyond hope that the narrator reads the sequel in her normal voice.
