Why, oh why did I not discover this book once the whole series was out? One was absolutely not enough.
A great story, fantastic narration, and the fact it was free was just the cherry on top. I’ll admit — I had to listen to the first couple of chapters more than once because I struggled to match the narrator’s voice with the picture I had in my head. But once it clicked? I genuinely couldn’t put it down.
It’s exactly my kind of humour, not too explicit, and with a heroine I can’t wait to meet again. A brilliant start to a series I’ll definitely be continuing, as and when they happen! 🙌🏼
