About this listen
They rescued me.
They held me together.
They healed me.
And yet they were my corruption.
Drowning in trauma I'm dragged back from hell, with only the three Regents standing between me and the darkness.
But as I heal in their arms, a new threat arises. One that whispers of war inside the Trivium.
Someone wants me silenced.
They want my legacy erased.
And worst of all, they know the truth about what I really am.
And that truth could cost me my freedom.

You have so many Oh My God moments, and you realise all the little easter eggs she has planted along the way. This series tore my heart out, and yet it's addictive. I still need more; luckily, the next book in the series is coming out next month, so I don't have long to wait.
Maybe we will get our own revision of happily ever after. If she is feeling nice, but on a serious note, please read this author. She has put so much of her heart into these books, as much as I hate her, she is fast becoming one of my favorite authors to read and will always be on my must-read list. You can't help but fall in love with the characters.
"Maybe that's what healing looked like.
Moments of normalcy amidst the trauma.
-Small steps towards a future that wasn't defined by pain."
"You told me I would have to beg you," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "That when I did, you would make me forget everything. My name, where I was, everything but the feeling of you inside me."

Its so easy to get lost in this world.
Cade been absolutely through the ringer , and toughest of all in this book. the capture and what happened to her was written so well, and her healing journey l helped with her boys amazing.
my heart was so happy during the hair dyeing scene.
I especially loved how Aisling wrote about Cade trauma, and healing and how it wasn't automatically fixed with her getting back her guys. I find so often with these types of storylines, that they dont really dive into the true trauma and healing and this absolutely is not the case with Aisling writing.
the Narrators
in these books are put if this workd amazing , Lucy Rivers is a firm favourite of mine, being scottish myself i love her voice for Rosa, and the distinctive voice for each female characters makes the full book so enjoyable and a treat for the ears.
Mathew Sharpe is an absolute genius, the depth of emotion and variation in characterisation for each one of the boys not to mention other male character is truly outstanding.
I honestly dont know how i will cope until the next installment.
That cliffhanger !!!

Although we are left with a multitude of burning questions, I found this installment of the Regents incredibly satisfying, yet monumentally dark as is par for the course with this series. Secrets are revealed and truths are uncovered. This will captivate you and hold on tightly.
This entire storyline is a masterpiece, written with great depth and brilliant world building. I am obsessed!
The audio actors are truly incredible in their multiple roles as they give phenomenal performances with beautiful charisma and emotional depth it's simply a fantastic audio experience.
Pure brilliance
