Omg being back on the dating scene is hard! Especially when you're conscious of really, really not wanting to make the same mistakes again. This audiobook is a great guide and definitely gives more confidence. It's a great reminder of what matters and the signs to watch out for, and to generally just survive the next date, but you never know, it might go so much easier than you thought with the right chemistry! Would recommend.

What I liked about this book is the importance the author placed on ensuring that you did a self analysis before moving on to another relationship. So often we spend time focussed on what the other person did wrong so I found this an honest reflection of how we should really treat dating and relationships if we want to keep improving them.

Good listen. Worth keeping this check list in mind when dating.
