Do you feel like you’re "too much" in a relationship that gives you "too little"?

If you’ve always wanted to feel safe and secure in your relationship but find yourself trapped in a loop of overthinking, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion, then keep reading...

Are you sick and tired of the "hot-and-cold" cycles where closeness is immediately followed by distance and silence? Have you tried countless ways to "fix" the connection, only to have your partner withdraw further? Do you finally want to say goodbye to the fear of abandonment and discover a way to feel confident again—regardless of how your partner responds?

If so, then this book is for you.

Imagine how you’ll feel once you can stay emotionally anchored in yourself, and how your life could change when you no longer walk on eggshells.

Even if you’ve been told you’re "too sensitive" or "needy" your whole life, you can build real emotional security from the inside out.

Being new to listening to books, I have to say that audiobooks have changed my life. I love being able to do my chores and cook while listening. This book in particular I got originally for my sister who is very much both sides when in a relationship. When things get complicated or hard she very much retreats. She also has that super anxious feeling when the guy she is talking to doesn’t answer right away. Even though I got this for her I listened to it and thought that some of the things could be used in other kinds of different relationships. I really liked that the book didn’t put blame on one person. I feel like that can take some of the pressure away from just yourself. I really liked that it gave more of an explanation from both sides of a situation. I also really liked that it promoted more of a respect and love yourself.

Wow, this book really opened my eyes to where I’ve been going wrong in my relationships and helped me finally understand both my own fears and my partner's. I had never considered that the way they pull away or create distance stems from fear and a need for self-protection; even though you might try to fix that distance, it’s actually counterproductive because it confuses them and triggers their instincts even more. I really appreciated learning about the "7 subtle indicators of self-abandonment that prove you might be losing yourself while trying to save the relationship." It offers great advice on expressing your needs without triggering your partner, along with many other insights to help you build self-confidence and foster a healthier relationship. Highly recommended.
