As someone with ADHD, I find listening to audiobooks the most effective way to take in the content. This audiobook is phenomenally well structured for someone who is driven to distractions, like me (and maybe you), not only because it breaks down the lessons being taught in an intelligent manner, but most importantly because it is written in a way where you don’t know what to expect next. You stop and reflect on whether you are in awe about Evy Poumpouras and her experiences, or you simply imagine how great it would be to go for a coffee with her as a friend, or you simply try to “work her (narrative) out”, only to find that Evy, like in many of her evidence based examples, is two steps ahead of you and you can’t predict what’s next. 10 out of 10 for writer/narrator and reader engagement.

P.S.: [for Evy - if it ever gets read] I would like to feedback to you that I believe you did the right choice by breaking down each main lesson, through analepse and prolepse, with excerpts of the interview with your husband. It really helped cement everything through and through, as well as bringing relatability.
