A small-town romance with a charming little girl. I love the father-daughter bond and the early scenes were particularly adorable. The romance is both sweet and steamy without much angst, I loved the dual narration.

This was an enjoyable listen with very likable characters. Rhett is a widow and single father of 7 yr old Hadley. Presley has left the busy life and moved to a small town as the new nurse in town. There was an instant attraction between them but having an adorable 7 year old and Rhett working through some issues keeps them moving slow. This was a heartwarming and super sweet romance story. I adored Rhett's family - this series feels like it would be great to listen in between those really emotional or dark listens.

Kat Auden and ScottRose did well with the narration and really bringing out all the strong feelings throughout and voices for Hadley.

If you are looking for a good, heartwarming story for the weekend, look no further! This is it! Hours of goodness, giving you all the feels is right here! TC Matson has crafted a wonderful, single dad romance sure to win your heart. Rhett is a widower, losing his wife during childbirth. Now the dad of a curious, spunky daughter, he has a village to help him raise her, but no one to warm his heart. Presley has come to town as the new nurse, and when Hadley gets hurt. Now patching her back up and meeting Rhett has all the tingles for both of them. But where will it lead? A little angst, a lot of flirting, and a group that is truly the best friends and family they could have leads to a wonderful listen. I loved this book and will be watching to see what happens next in Cameron Falls.

Kat Auden and Scott Rose are our narrating team and they are amazing! Understanding their characters and giving them the best voices is what makes the story flow and create that down home feeling. Auden's Hadley voice is spot on! I kept thinking a little girl was narrating! And Rose has that broody, holding back his feelings sound that is perfect for Rhett! Loved this listen!

First time listening or reading this author. Really enjoyed the small town. Loved the daughter Hadley she was so funny.

I had a love hate for Rhett, at time he was so sweet and other I just wanted to shout at him.

Presley just seem perfect, she didn’t push and she loved Hadley.

Lovely story, really enjoyed listening to it.
