You aren't lazy. You aren't disorganized. You aren't "too much." You have a female ADHD brain—living in a world that was never designed for it.
For decades, ADHD research ignored women. The diagnostic criteria, the coping strategies, the productivity advice—all of it was built around how ADHD shows up in men. Meanwhile, you've been battling a cycle of burnout, shame, and masking that nobody around you seems to understand.
Why does every "simple" task feel like an uphill battle? Why can you hyperfocus for six hours on something that fascinates you but can't make yourself start a ten-minute chore? Why do your emotions spike right before your period—and why won't anyone connect the dots?
This audiobook does.
Women with Adult ADHD 10-in-1 is a comprehensive two-manuscript audiobook—combining an evidence-based guide and a hands-on workbook into one resource. It doesn't just explain what's happening in your brain. It gives you the tools to actually do something about it.

I also liked that this audiobook focuses on practical tools instead of just listing symptoms. It covers organization, emotional regulation, relationships, task paralysis, and even how hormones can affect ADHD symptoms. Since it’s such a long audiobook with multiple sections, some parts felt repetitive at times, but overall I thought it was packed with useful information. Lance Adams’ narration was clear and easy to listen to as well. I think this is a great resource for women who are newly diagnosed, questioning if they may have ADHD, or simply wanting better strategies for managing everyday life.
