This week on I Am Redemption, Shawn Livingston sits down with Mike, known as Multifaceted Monster, an alternative hip hop artist and recovery advocate who has lived through what most people won’t even talk about. 5150 holds, severe alcoholism, mental health battles, and isolation at its lowest point… and somehow, he found a way out.

Coming straight out of California, Mike shares how music became his outlet, how he rebuilt his identity, and why pushing your body physically can completely change your mental state. But getting sober wasn’t the finish line. Because the real question is, you’re sober, now what?
