There are moments in this day where things feel like they build too quickly—responsibilities increase, expectations grow, and the pace begins to press in. But I am not carried by that pressure. I am held by You. You steady what feels unsettled within me. You quiet what tries to rise beyond control. You meet me right in the middle of what feels overwhelming and bring calm into that space. So I do not rush ahead. I allow myself to move at the pace of Your presence. I do not react to everything around me—I remain composed, grounded, and aware that You are sustaining me. You support me from within. Even when my thoughts begin to race, You bring them back into order. Even when I feel stretched, You create space within me to breathe, think, and move clearly. Jesus, stabilise me. Let me not be overwhelmed by what surrounds me. Let me remain steady, calm, and clear in every step I take. I move forward in quiet strength.
