All things about wellness and personal mastery presented to you by a licensed therapist and self-mastery enthusiast. This podcast is meant to give you a fresh cup of perspective in a world spiraling into illness and dysfunction. In order to unlock self-mastery and wellness we have to look outside of the box and abandon the conventional. I've had a career in mental health counseling but I've found wellness in some of the outer fringes and this podcast is all about exploring those outer fringes. Topics include being a psychonaut, spiritual practices, nutrition, mental health, lifestyle changes, the pursuit of authentic happiness, love dieting and shadowwork just to name a few. This podcast is about seeking and finding the right answers wherever we might find them. Let's talk about life. At the end of the day, there's one main message here. It's up to you change your experience.
