Summary

360 Fertility brings the overwhelming and often heartbreaking process of a fertility struggle into manageable and relatable chapters' Katie Rollings, CEO & Founder, Fertility Action Network

'Liberty nails it in this book' Dale Pinnock, aka The Medicinal Chef

With a foreword by Dr Karen Joash, Consultant in obstetrics and gynaecology

360 Fertility is a practical 12-week programme with a holistic approach to reproductive longevity and pre-conception health. This book distils everything that Certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach Liberty Mills has learned in her years of helping couples all over the world to conceive into one easy-to-follow plan. It offers a clear and structured path for those who want to optimise their chances of conception, whether naturally or through assisted fertility such as IUI or IVF.

At a time when many are told to wait, hope, or move straight to intervention, this book shifts the focus back to the body. It provides a clinically informed, integrative framework designed to improve egg and sperm quality, support hormonal balance, and strengthen the biological environment required for conception, and gives your tools to keep you sane along the way.

There is a dedicated IVF chapter that provides essential insight into how to optimise your body ahead of treatment, helping to improve outcomes and support you through the process with greater confidence and clarity.

Rather than offering generic advice, 360 Fertility guides you through a step-by-step process that prepares the body at every level, from reducing inflammation and supporting gut health to improving sleep, resilience, and environmental exposure. The result is a more responsive, nourished, and prepared system, ready for conception. The advice in this book gives readers back their agency, at a time when many feel disempowered.

'I really enjoyed this book and read it in 3 days. I felt like Liberty was speaking directly to me on my fertility journey. I have started to put things into practice and feel empowered on my journey. It's a very lonely journey so nice to feel heard.' Verified Reader Review (female)

'Brilliant fertility book, so much more detailed than other books I've read! Love how it represented men as much as women!' Verified Reader Review (male)©2025 Liberty Mills

Critic reviews

360 Fertility brings the overwhelming and often heartbreaking process of a fertility struggle into manageable and relatable chapters. This book evokes a number of emotions as you delve into the detail, but the most important theme that is consistent throughout is hope - exactly what we all need during a complex path to parenthood.
You only have to look at the titles of each chapter to know that Liberty is aware of all the current conflicts surrounding the decrease in fertility we appear to be experiencing in the current world is driven by poor diet and a stressful lifestyle associated with modern living.
This is a handbook to put us all back onto straight and narrow and I particularly enjoy the chapter on the four pillars of Health.
People overlook the fact that our diet influences every conceivable aspect of our internal body chemistry. This affects the obvious things like heart health and maintaining a healthy weight, but also the less obvious things such as mental health issues and fertility. Liberty nails it in this book.

Really interesting and hopefully game changing. Think I’ll stick with the paper copy though. I think if the author struggles to read due to dyslexia then perhaps best to get a professional in, made it harder to concentrate on.

Very useful

Lots of useful tips on increasing fertility. I quite liked the narration even though it’s not flawless. Unfortunately it’s another book that tries to erase women. Calling women ‘assigned female at birth’ ect.

Great book but erasing women isn’t cool
