In my opinion that is all it does, helps you relax. If you are expecting to reach any level of arousal at all, this doesn't do it. Perhaps it is too tasteful? It would certainly benefit from more explicit language. It would only offend those with the most delicate of sensibilities. Perhaps women do not respond to 'audio stimulation'? I only know that this was more of a 'turn-off' than a 'turn-on'.
